His skin is a dark grey and he has bright red eyes. Physically while not a powerful warrior, his time with a bow and out on his pilgrimage has given him some muscle and tone. He stands on the shorter side for the average Dunmer, around 5’9”. He keeps his black hair long and his facial hair short and clean. He has a single long scar from just under his left eye, down his cheek, to his jaw line. In most cases, Nilos can be seen wearing his family’s chitin armor. It’s made from faded white insect plates into a light and comfortable armor. He keeps the helmet with its mask and goggles on during all combat or travel outside civilization. He carries his bow, quiver of arrows and backpack on his back, his twin swords on his hips and his small hunting knife in his boot. When not wearing his chitin armor, he dresses in simple muted colored clothing. He always wears his Amulet to Azura beneath his clothing. Personality:

Nilos is a proud Dunmer and like most Dunmer, Nilos is fairly reserved and aloof from outsiders or foreigners. From his time living in the Imperial districts of Vvardenfell, Nilos has grown used to the distrust aimed at his race and readily returns it to non-Dunmer. His only close connections were with the priests of the Tribunal Temple in Balmora and a handful of Ashlanders he met while on his pilgrimage. Despite this, loyalty is vastly important to Nilos. He never goes back on an agreement and should he find an ally, he will fight with them to the end. Should someone betray him or those close to him, Nilos will quickly become vengeful and sometimes even obsessed with getting back at whoever hurt him. Nilos has a strong sense of right and wrong, developed from his early teachings by the Tribunal Temple. While events would eventually shift his belief system from the Tribunal Temple to the New Temple, Nilos’ morals didn’t change. Of course this doesn’t mean he has qualms about killing or stealing if he feels it’s justified, involves his survival, or is for a greater purpose. His time with the Temple also instilled in him a certain respect and admiration for the Good Daedra (Azura, Boethiah, and Mephala) and the many Temple Saints. Backstory:

Nilos Arys was born to a very minor Dunmer family in the city of Balmora on the island of Vvardenfell. After his parents were killed under suspicious circumstances involving the local crime syndicate, Nilos was sent to live at the Tribunal Temple where he was taught early on about the Tribunal. Despite the best efforts and teachings of the priests at the Temple, Nilos began to spend more and more time on the streets and in the wild. He spent the early part of his life training with a bow on the outskirts of town and sneaking around the dark alleyways of the city looking for weak locks and open pockets. Over the years, Nilos gained a reputation in the city of being something of a skilled thief and hunter and soon had both the Camonna Tong and the Imperial Thieves’ Guild trying to draw him in. Deciding that it would be in his health’s best interest to leave, Nilos traveled south and eventually settled in Seyda Neen. Things were pretty quiet for Nilos during his time in Seyda Neen. He applied his skill with a bow to keep nasty critters like mud crabs, cliff racers, nix-hounds, and scribs at bay, occasionally taking bounties for creatures farther in land. Things started to change however with the arrival of a mysterious ex-prisoner in 3E 427. It was a fairly average morning and Nilos was about to go out hunting when the ex-prisoner stopped him and asked for directions north to Balmora. Nilos wouldn’t think anything of the encounter until months later when the Nerevarine, that ex-prisoner, rose to power and stopped Dagoth Ur. It wouldn’t be long following this that Almalexia would go insane and the Tribunal Temple truly cracked. Nilos, like many of his fellow Dunmer, was a lifelong believer and was struck hard by the loss of two of the Tribunal members. The next several years were spent in pilgrimage across Vvardenfell, visiting and learning from the Ashlander tribes until he finally felt reconnected with the gods of his ancestors, the ‘Good’ Daedra, Azura, Mephala, and Boethiah. With his spiritual life restored and a new knowledge of living off the land, Nilos felt revitalized and took inspiration from the Nerevarine and other Temple Saints such as Vivec and Jiub, and choose to become an adventurer. He packed his family armor, his bow and swords, and his meager personal belongings and traveled southwest, first to the mainland Morrowind then to Cyrodiil, doing odd jobs for gold, food, and shelter. Reaching Cheydinhal in early 3E 433, Nilos had planned on making an expedition north to the nearby shrine to Azura, his personal deity, when he heard that Saint Jiub, who he’d briefly met in Seyda Neen many years prior, was in Kvatch. Wanting to meet the saint in person again and perhaps even learn from and train with him, Nilos set out for Kvatch. Nilos would reach Kvatch on 26th Last Seed, 3E 433, 4 days before the start of the Oblivion Crisis, and find that St. Jiub was occupied with his autobiography. Deciding to not let a trip to Kvatch go to waste, Nilos choose to enter into the arena. I got a little excited while righting the backstory, so it turned out a bit long. Hopefully I covered everything though! Let me know if anything needs to be changed and I'll get on it ASAP. I was a little unsure in regards to amounts of supplies, such as arrows or lockpicks, so I just threw out a number that I thought sounded reasonable. Let me know if I need to adjust those. Also since you said one-handed and two-handed didn't count as separate skills, I just lumped one-handed in with my blades skill. I can separate those if needed.
