You do realize she uses Geralt while his memory is gone and that she slept with Lambert while Geralt was involved with her? Not to mention she knows about Yen and Geralt but still back stabs her friend to deceive him. 
And that she basically gives up when Geralt is mortally wounded whereas Yen [u]dies[/u] trying to save him? Truly the best girl, yet I wish you luck with your decision.
