[@Haru Nyan] Oh, well it depends on a character-by-character basis, really. Some characters who are just incredibly talented who create tech and all kinds of stuff are allowed in the Powerbound schools. Metahumans is a term that regards to people with special powers gifted by the gods, but as I said earlier, non-metas are allowed to join the Powerbound schools. There are also plenty of them in the STC too!

And regarding the other RP, please don't tease me like that. lol but you choose what you choose. I'll try to find a way to help you jump in even if the RP started already lol
