To all the recently submitted CS's, I am currently out and don't expect to be back any sooner than at least five to six more hours. I will have more detailed thoughts for you all then if your CS warrants any.

Co-GMs may have opinions and tweaks for the CS's, but as with all currently submitted sheets, we're going to leave them in the OOC for a bit (barring sheets under PM review) and let everyone consider any questions or concerns they might have before making final calls.

Lastly, I will add this as a rule when I get back to my computer (because editing that giant OOC post with my tiny phone screen is an exercise in frustration), but given the sheer caliber of the abilities that I plan to give everyone as the story progresses, I want to make it exceedingly clear now that COMMUNICATION IS KEY.

Any and all powers directly controlling/altering other players should be communicated properly and politely OOC and both/all involved players should understand what's expected of them.

We will be heavily policing these types of interactions to make sure everyone's on the same page, but it would be easiest for all if there was OOC agreement/discussion on it beforehand.
