Okay. So although they're worldwide they're still in very small numbers at any given time, with more girls coming in to replace [s]dead meat[/s] the brave souls of defeated magical girls. Thanks to their [s]horrible death[/s] brave sacrifice they are able to recruit more magical girls and not risk using up too much of the magical energy of earth and also get ride of the [s]dead weight[/s] underachievers.
