He is known for being a little hyper, a kid that has a hard time turning his enthusiasm down. He lives his life with the volume turned to 11, never really taking a break or relaxing. Often has a hard time understanding when a situation calls for being serious, but always tries his best to help his friends. Abilities: He has the ability to manifest a staff that he can fight with. The length of the staff can be changed, it can grow longer and shorter at will. Its max length is about six feet, and its shortest is about one foot. Skills: He has practiced martial arts for a few years. He is nowhere near a master yet and often slacks off in his training. A particularly fit and agile boy, he often explores the city for fun. He is an adept pickpocket, a skill he picked up for fun. He doesn’t go around robbing people, but uses it more to mess with his friends than anything else. Brief Backstory: He lives in a small house near Infinity Light building with his parents and his grandfather. They moved there when he was young, as his parents had recently gotten a job working at the Infinity Light building. Haruka doesn’t know what they do there, and doesn’t bother thinking about it. He had to start at a new school and soon became the target of bullying. The kids often made fun of his for having blond hair. When his grandfather heard he was being bullied, he started teaching him martial arts. After only a few sessions his confidence had received a big boost. He decided to confront his bullies and show off his skills. He was promptly beaten up. He returned bruised and battered, only to be told off by his grandfather for picking a fight. After a few years passed, he had settled his differences with his bullies. The people who formerly made fun of him were now his friends. The fights became a normal occurrence and provided him with a nice opportunity to train himself. After a while, he became good at fighting back against the leader, a boy named Mako. Their bitter fights soon became friendly competition and they became more rivals than enemies. He still fights with him pretty often but Mako is a significantly better fighter than him. It often results in Haruka losing their fights, but it doesn’t dissuade him from trying. [/hider]
