Is the idea more of a "street level" group of characters, or are we talking more metahuman high-level characters?

I have two characters that I would love to play again, both in two superhero-esque stories that I'd really like to get into the mix again.

One was a tech-enhanced supercop as a kind of mix between Punisher, Dredd, Batman and Captain America that I called [b]The Walking Riot[/b].

The other was a biotech-able character named [b]Alter[/b] who was kind of a Forge-style character with a bit of Iron Man thrown in.

Would either of those characters be workable in this story?
