Born a clever, adventerous boy, Kaiser was quickly shaped into a more humble teenager and an even more humbler young adult after an accident that rendered him partially blind when he was a child. Because of his disability, Kaiser has always worked harder at almost everything he does to make up for his handicap, determined to show everyone that he is able to do things just as good as anyone else that was 'normal.' The subject of his blindness irks him somewhat, but over the years he has been able to be less and less angry about it when brought up, however he still seems to become quieter, more reserved, and sometimes even snippy whenever anyone mentions it. Socially Kaiser is quite popular amongst those within his age group and has had his fair share of experience with the ladies, however amongst friends, he is known to get rather arrogant, have a smart mouth, and recede into a sort of 'jock' type personality.

After climbing the ranks of Team Rocket, that arrogance had mutated into something almost animalistic, deeming himself better than his lessers even more so since he was able to trump them with the disability he has and uses that fact to rub into the faces of those he has beaten. He has become a cold, hard shell of the young boy he used to be, though doesn't even glance back at his past - only moving forward with the promise to make his life good again. Team Rocket has brainwashed him into their perfect puppet. He does as he is told by those who outrank him, and gives hell to those who are beneath him out of both orders and reveling in watching others experience the pain he himself has been put through, though this is all subconscious.

[b][color=darkorange]History:[/color][/b]
Kaiser was the first born of two into a generational family of Eevee breeders and trainers whom have been in the business for as far back as anyone in Kanto can remember. It is not very likely that one who lives within the Kanto region or it's neighboring areas that has not heard the last name "Booths" in regards to the simply supreme Eevee that come from their farm. Kaiser was a quick learner, becoming his father's shadow in learning what he did, constantly watching on a daily basis and learning what would become his daily routine until he turned ten.

Kaiser was a very energetic boy and when his tenth birthday came, Kaiser begged and pleaded with his parents to let him undergo a Pokemon journey. His parents allowed him to go, though mostly because Kaiser's little sister Kasha was just old enough to be able to take on his responsibilities while he was gone. Kaiser managed to obtain himself a male Charmander for his starting Pokemon and underwent his journey all across the Kanto region.

Things went very well for a while. Kaiser managed to land himself four badges before tragedy struck, altering Kaiser's life forever. Kaiser received a phone call from his father, demanding his immediate return without any explanation as to why. Upon his return, Kaiser had come to learn that their home had been broken into, and his mother left dead for his father and sister to find the next morning. The study was in shambles even still when he returned, and Kaiser's father explained that who ever had broken in was clearly after his mother's research. While it was unclear whether or not they got what they came for, Kaiser's father made the conscious decision that their now smaller family needed to leave Viridian City and go someplace where they could continue raising Eevee in peace. So Kaiser, Kasha and their father packed up the farm and their belongings and headed to the quiet, small city of Pallet town.

Peace would not come, however, as once more their home was under attack short of a year later. However this time, Kaiser was there to try and stop it, but due to his young age, he and his Pokemon were no match for the revealed perpetrator Team Rocket. It was then that the family knew that his mother's killer had not gotten what they wanted, and hunted them down to obtain the research his mother spent decades on for the evolution of an Eevee. Taking the entire family captive, Kaiser was then forced to work for Team Rocket to obtain the research that had somehow become lost. Giovanni, himself, approached Kaiser and with a powerful punch from his Hitmonchan, Kaiser's sight became something he simply had to learn to live without, even though it was still there, but a ghostly memory of the sights he had taken advantage of.

Now, at twenty years old, Kaiser has become Team Rocket's perfect attack dog by getting the means that they seek. Even though his own mother's research has been at the top of their list, he has helped the gang in various other ways over the years that granted him the elevated position he stands at today. So with the hopes that someday he could have his eyesight restored, Kaiser continues to work for Team Rocket by any means necessary, though the humane portion of his thinking had been robbed from him long, long ago.
