Jedi Master Ladan Verk, and his Padawan travel to the remote planet of Fevaver, known for its natural connection with the force, and extensive network of caves sporting lightsaber crystals. Unfortunately, upon their arrival, Master Verk, and his Padawan find that the planet has been quite corrupted by the forces of darkness. In this darkness they came upon a cult of Dark Jedi, hidden deep within the crystal caves. It was then that Verk’s Padawan revealed his true nature, and struck Master Verk down. Now as many jedi in the surrounding system seem to disappear, with all clues pointing to Fevaver, the Jedi council has appointed a team of Jedi Knights, their Padawans, and soldiers for hire to investigate. A darkness is coming, and everyone must be prepared.[/color] [hr] The Force, it calls to you, but will you answer, and for whom will you answer? Players will take on the role of Jedi, and or any Mercenaries that accompany them to the planet of Fevaver, as well as taking on the role of Dark Jedi, and Sith who are remnants of Darth Scion’s forces. The Dark Siders will only be available if enough people want them otherwise it will be NPC only. Light Siders will be investigating the disappearances of Jedi in the area, all of whom seem to have someow been linked to Fevaver. While Dark Siders will be building a foundation of Dark Force Users to rival that of Korriban, and using Fevaver as a homebase. [b]Fevaver[/b] A beautiful Vibrant word covered in vibrant forests, with colorful flora. The Fauna is usually very docile, and quite mammalian. However, parts of the world have darkened with corruption, the flora becoming poisonous, and the fauna becoming quite aggressive and dangerous. There are rumors of a beast teeming with the dark side wandering in the forests as well, though most who have seen it have not lived, and those who have lived barely remember what the blur looked like. The planet does sport several small cities, most them being a bit behind technologically, and only sports a single spaceport in the city of Gesh. Smaller villages dot the forests, but they tend to be more feudal, as the inhabitants haven’t seen a need to advance themselves, rather relying on their own strengths to survive. These villages often are teeming with force sensitives that the Jedi recruit from, though lately several of the villages have been completely bereft of life. [b]Combat[/b] Combat should be fluid in this RP, and based strongly in roleplaying itself, rather than solely based on the stats of your CS. Though the stats should come into play a bit, basing how your character acts, fights etc during battle. Combat will be completely freeform, if two players wish to ascertain who will win a fight before the fight, then that is fine, otherwise play it as needed, and if GM intervention is needed to help decide a combat I will be happy to intercede. [b]Rules[/b] Jedi Masters are not allowed. Jedi ranking at Master are back at Coruscant and still recovering due to the massive losses inflicted during the Civil war, and subsequent mass assassinations by the Sith Lords such as Scion, and Nhilus. Sith Lords are not allowed. All dark siders in this RP Formerly Sith under Darth Sion’s command, or Jedi who have fallen to the darkside and become renegades, seeking a new path to power. If the roleplay is successful, and leads to a sequel, I will award people more points for abilities, and higher ranks. Mercenaries, they can work for either side. The Jedi hired them to help not only with interactions, but for transportation purposes. (Someone had to fly them there), and Dark Siders would hire them because they need a force that allows them to remain behind the scenes as they build strength.
