Yes, he's a physical being slash spirit meaning you can physically see and feel him but he has ghost like qualities (ie phasing through objects at will) definitely should've specified that better, my bad lol. I've added some more info under his physiology header to clarify things better, I'll just paste what I've added here for your convenience.  

"Despite being a spirit, he's not actually a [i]ghost[/i], meaning you can see and feel him. Where his shadows begin to fade is where objects will begin to phase through him. In other words if he was shot with an arrow it would get stuck in him and would need to be pulled out. His 'skin' feels like smooth cold silk"
