Okay, so any of the 'Good' races, elves, dwarves, etc. are fine. No evil races because everyone will want to kill you and that would just make it unnecessarily difficult. However.....[i]one[/i] dark elf may be allowed if there is a very, repeat very, good reason. I think it was on the CS sheet, just not very obvious.
