Personality: Connor, while shaken up about his current situation, is, by no means, antisocial or depressed. He’s a cheerful guy who likes to strike up conversation and socialize with other people. Due to the teachings of his sensei, Connor doesn’t suffer from fits of rage or even anger all that often, as he’s learned to suppress those feelings in favor of stability and precision; but as any good teenager does, he still slips up and manages to get angry from time to time over petty things that really shouldn’t bother him. While not a loner, Connor does enjoy spending time on his own and just being with himself and the world around him as it makes him happy and allows him to remember his past and think about the future.

Biography:  Connor grew up in a relatively decent family; two brothers, a father, and a mother that was always there for him. His father was an alcoholic but never in the traditional sense, as in he wouldn’t beat or abuse anyone in the family; he’d just not come back from his nights of drinking. Sometimes he was out for days or even weeks at a time, which really angered Connor because he knew that without his father, his mother couldn’t protect his two little brothers. So, one day, Connor decided to start martial arts training at the age of 10 so that he could protect his little brothers, and, with the support of his mother, managed to continue this hobby of his until it became a passion. 

Martial arts created a fire within him for fighting and the exhilaration it brought to him; that’s not to say that he was a violent person since he didn’t like just getting into meaningless fights. A few years of this passed and Connor’s life was at an all-time high; he managed to scare off all the bullies at school, his training was progressing well, and he’d even had a girlfriend (which he broke up with half a year later). Sadly, however, “what goes up must go down”, and in Connor’s case the down had less to do with him and more to do with his father. A week or so after his 14th birthday, Connor came home to news that his father had died in an accident because of his drinking the night before. Connor hasn’t gotten completely over his father’s death but has worked and trained hard to keep the family afloat, and will continue to do so until it’s no longer necessary.
