[@tdumia] Rejected.
Reason 1:
Additionally, while it isn't visible in this image, random portions of her skin are cool, smooth, steely metal as opposed to soft, pliable skin. These metallic sections of her are magnetic, negatively charged, in both the sense that she sticks to other magnets and that other magnets stick to her.
I did not clear this in writing up your Arbiter/Aberration descriptions. Neither did you check with me if this was cleared. Communication check: failed.
Reason 2:
The bond between Lena and said friend was put to the test when, as a response to a dire situation that put her friend in danger, she generated an electrical barrier around her friend on the fly, to protect her; the moment after she used her powers then, various patches of her skin disappeared, replaced by metal in an instant, and she would learn of her own light magnetism later on. She hadn't even known she had the ability to do that until that fateful day... It was as though she blinked her eyes; one day, her parents vaguely knew of her abilities, and she was "enrolled" at USARILN East the next.
Waking up as an Arbiter/Aberration is not something that just sits well with the general public. In fact, most people would panic at the sight of one unrestrained. For Lena to have developed powers (and the obvious mark) already and still be able to stroll around with her friend for a while is a detail I would have needed to check over first if you wanted some method of circumventing the basic setting. And this was not brought up with me despite my mention that questions should be brought up in the group PM with me and the co-GMs. Communication and detail check: failed. I'm aware of the potential counterarguments here:

"Could have been using makeup to hide the mark."

"Saving her friend could have happened immediately after waking and learning of her abilities."

"Easy to just edit the CS and fix the error, what's the big deal?"

To all of these, see reason 3 below.
Reason 3: In PMs, I asked you the following:
2. Did powers in humans exist before The Slumber or only afterwards?
You did not answer this correctly. Prior detail check: failed. Individually, the incidents are not major, but combined I am inclined to think there is a pattern of subtle carelessness here that I am not a good and patient enough person to work with. Am I potentially judging you too harshly? Sure. In fact, I most certainly am. But I'd rather take the chance that I'm wrong about my judgment and save myself, my co-GMs, and my players the trouble than run the gamut and risk this carelessness manifesting at less-than-convenient moments. In any case, I apologize for the effort you went through. I don't think it's a total loss since the character can be appropriated for any future RPs you choose to join, but I, unfortunately, will not be accepting you into this one. I sincerely thank you for your time.
