Claudia stared down her ferocious adversary, unflinching, even as the male revealed his fangs.  She knew not who he was, only that he meant harm towards her newest companions.  She roared again, her tail popping wildly behind her as she reared back ready to lunge at him and sink her teeth into his flesh.
