Personality: Leon is a cowboy at heart, in the vein of Wyatt Earp, John Wayne, and Billy the Kid. He prefers to use old fashioned weapons such as six shooters, axes, dynamite, shotguns and lever action rifles. He is also efficient at using his own two hands. Able to hold his own in a fisticuffs scrap as well as shoot. He is usually found on horseback patrolling the Mojave when not called in for an important or special mission for the NCR. He is also a gentleman, true to his old western style. Surprisingly well-mannered in front of a lady, upholding a dead code of chivalry long forgotten. He sees himself as the New Age Lone Ranger. Riding out into the desert to protect the common man and fight injustice wherever he may find it. He has a dry, subtle wit and sense of humor. Often commenting or joking about things he observes, and often surprisingly fellows when his silence is broken by an unsuspected quip or one liner.
