Now then, as for your CS, it looks good we just need a few things to tighten up. 
- As hilarious as it is, it'd help if the name was shorter. 5-7 names at most. (Example: Percival Fredrickstein Von Musel Klossowski deRolo III)
- The only other thing I can see is making it more serious, overall. Things like the goals. Though I support the use of the kazoo and all of its glory. In the end, try to keep the spirit of your character while keeping it official, if you can.
