One of the people to help seems to be stuck under a car. A picture of traffic build up is pinned to the subject, but it looks pretty far away. The mission is worth quite a few stars.

I will teleport you to this location!"[/color] A swirl of light appears around you and you are teleported to a busy street. The cars are piled up and people are screaming. There is a man and a young girl stuck under a car. You look around you and see that you are in another country! The signs are in a completely different language and you can't recognize where you are. You seem to be in Russia. All around you there are other magical girls, ready to help the poor people in need.
