[b]Personality:[/b] Burr is the type of teacher that lectures for an hour, assigns homework that isn't graded and only uses the final exam grade as a measure of passing or failing. He’s relatively easy going, but if you set him off, just remember, he used to coach debate. He likes to make friends with his students, but doesn’t allow it to corrupt their grades. While out of the classroom, Geoffrey reads a lot and responds to most threats. Even if he can't handle the threat because he's a firm believer that even if he cannot defeat an enemy that he can at least slow them down long enough for a stronger hero to deal the finishing blow.  

[b]Backstory:[/b] Geoffrey was born in City G. His father worked as a detective in a large building, Geoff never learned much about it besides that, all he really knew (This was later on), was that they had stopped many threats to the nation and world. His mother taught at a local elementary school. He didn’t learn of his powers until he was nine. He was incredibly angry and, briefly, removed the air from another child’s lungs, choking the other kid. Not long after that, his parents found out because, well, he couldn't contain himself and he played with his abilities. 

Later in life he joined a band of Heros, across the ocean from his current residence in City A, who referred to themselves as the League of Super-People. The name wasn't serious but they fought many multitudes of crimes and always came out on top.

[b]Abilities:[/b] Air manipulation. He has the ability to create air constructs by condensing air into shields, platforms, blades and anything else he can think of. He can expand air, sending his opponents and objects flying. He can move objects by controlling the air around them. 

[b]Skills/Combos:[/b]He is known for his sphere of protection - he condenses air around him in a, 9 meter diameter, dome which he uses to block most attacks. He can focus part of the sphere if needed, to block a larger attack but it can be broken through if his focus is divided. He can also compress air so much that it becomes plasma. 

[b]Other Skills:[/b] 
- He can handle himself with a sword, but is by no means a master.
- He is a former debate coach.  
- He has a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics and a Ph.D. in Pure Mathematics. (He's a Professor at the Academy in City A)

[b]Weaknesses:[/b] 
- He is useless in a vacuum. 
- He cannot keep his sphere of protection up for long because it will begin melting everything, within a few feet, around it. The pressure from condensing the air into an ultimate shield causes it to super heat. 
- He becomes too confident in his own abilities.

[b]Possible Goals:[/b] Geoff really just wants a nice and warm place to sleep.
