Panther, Barachiel seems fine and dandy. I just wanted to reiterate, to avoid future misunderstanding, that Heaven has been deserted since Heaven's Gate fell with a few exceptions of repopulation: the last archangel going there to hide from Lucien and some angels (but not all), to hide from Judas. Currently there's around 20-50 out of ~400 mil. angels who live there in a small colony,  where Toki was born. They have no ties to the Surface.
