[@Dulcet] This is indeed interesting!  I have a couple questions, however.  Firstly, do you have any restrictions on the sort of characters that might show up (aside from the usual)?  Or is this a place that bridges multiple worldsettings, and allows the mingling of things that normally would not coexist?  Secondly, are we limited to a single post per hour, or are these divisions just to give a general structure to the rp?

I have a bunch of characters that could use a random adventure.  Depending on what I see taking shape, I will make a decision based on who I think will be the most fun.  Currently favoring either one or both of a pair of genetically engineered children who were part of a failed supersoldier program, a technically blind dance instructor from a world with low functional magic, a future version of one of my newest chars -- who is currently a pretty awful person but it's projected she settles a bit, and a youngster who already got thrown out of her own world once and has been trying (in vain) to get back.  ^.^  Might go with someone else entirely, though.
