[color=hotpink]"A tiger level threat in City S?! Well it's a good thing I'm here!"[/color]

Evan was standing on the rooftops after he immediately stopped advertising his shop to fulfill his heroic duty. This could be the perfect opportunity to show he was ready for a promotion. There was a wide grin on Evan's face as he adjusted his hoodie, revealing that he was wearing his penguin costume today. He leaped off the building and used his solar abilities to propel himself through the air at a moderate speed, heading towards where he heard the pod crashing. Luckily, it wasn't too far off from his current location, so he should arrive in a short amount of time.

That is where he noticed some kind of crab monster making its way towards the evacuation zone, with some kind of water jet stream. The alien was incredibly fast, but Evan had it in his sights and attempted to pursue it, trying to close the gap between them. [color=hotpink][i]Oh no! You're not making it over there![/i][/color] He mentally shouted as both of his arms were in Solar Drive just like his legs. After he managed to catch up to the action, he saw the alien being distracted with a fight occurring on the street just below him. He used this chance to get in position on top of one of the smaller buildings and stayed out of fight waiting for an opening. Solar Drive was no longer active on his legs and the energy was mainly focused on his arms. 

There, he found his opening! The moment the alien used his jet stream on the S-Ranked Hero Ventus, he uncrouched from behind the ledge and extended both of his arms out, having the alien in his sights.

[b][color=gold]"Sunflower Shurikens!"[/color][/b]

He shouted, after he was firing off large amount of solar flames in shape of shurikens from both of his arms. This kind of attack costs low energy and allowed him to spam it as much as he wants, at the cost of the little damage it outputs. There is no doubt that this attack wouldn't defeat the alien that easily, which is precisely why he aimed at the creature from the neck up, wishing to burn out its eyes. There were about twenty Sunflower Shurikens closing in on the alien's right side at a high speed.

The Alien realized at the last moment there was something bright incoming from one side. A total of seven shurikens made contact, permanently blinding his right eye with three direct hits. The Alien quickly reacted by raising its right arm up protecting his face from any further damage and swung with its left claw, managing to use its single jet stream to blast away the rest of Evan's flames. Evan's eyes became wide, surprised that the alien reacted fast enough and managed to pinpoint his location with just a glance. He was hit by the powerful stream of water, sending him to the other side of the rooftop biting his lip in pain. Luckily, there were no broken bones, however the strong impact took the wind out of Evan despite the distance between them.
