Char death is an option but dependent upon that player
If you want your char to die then by all means kill them
There will be NPC's up to indiscriminate death

Cap is at 3 chars per player 

We will also have a cap on the number of skills and weapons a player can have advanced knowledge of. An indestructible char is no fun lol feel the fear! :P
