[@LokiLeo789] Yeah, I definitely agree. But I feel like any new custom jutsu needs a valid reasoning and explaining as to how it was obtained.

Simply claiming a timeskip happened + a new jutsu being made during that isn't really development, that's just power up.

Anyway, for everyone; are you happy with the teams, or would you like to see changes? Suggestions?
