Reserving a specific rank spot basically ends up meaning "Alright I will consider you for one of the open slots for a time."

So let me put it this way. If More than four people apply for captains spots (of which there are only 4 at start), then I will consider those who have reserved [i]first[/i], as well as the quality of the submitted CSes and how well I feel they fit into their role and the RP at large.

However, for the sake of ease. I'm gonna do this.

If you make a reservation for a rank/division position, I will keep that reservation in mind for a maximum of 5 days with an average of 3. Keep me updated on the status of your CS, and I will keep that reservation for longer than the promised 3 days.

After the MAX of 5 days go by since your reservation, I will consider others who have already submitted, if any exist. If you submit just after your 5 days and someone else does on the same day, I'll consider both, but decide based more on quality and whatnot rather than reservation.

I just don't want to be stuck waiting for weeks while a given person finishes a reserved captain or lieutenant, ya feel me?
