"It is a shame to have someone lose his home to such [i]monsters[/i]. Thankfully, an NCR counterattack is mustering, and I'm going to lead several of the infantry battalions needed for that. However, we'd need someone who knows the town and local geography if we're going to avoid what traps there are. Said counterattack is also in three days, so if you can wait for that, well, let's just say my wife can take care of your sister; far better than enduring the threats of the wastes, right?

If Darren was still set on leaving, Boone would at least give Darren extra supplies and caps...
