Her title refers to her power, the Universal Language, also known as Words of Genesis, the skill to speak the language used during and before creation itself. This power grants her the ultimate skill to 'influence' reality and anyone on it as long as the words she uses are clear enough. For example, if told [color=hotpink]"You cannot see what's in front of you!"[/color] by Haruka, you would momentarily lose your vision. It's not like a mind control power, but rather reality itself 'accommodating' to Haruka's demands. Along with her weapons a prototype vibro sword stolen from YTC's cargo and a custom FN Five-seveN, this makes Haruka easily into a top notch Chaser whose main objective is finding the whereabouts of her father. And... impressing her girlfriend, if she ever comes to the city to see Haruka.[/i]
