[b]Personality:[/b] Lucy has a very straightforward and outgoing personality and she isn't embarrassed to say what's on her mind. She likes to laugh a lot and to joke around with people. A favorite past-time of her is tricking other people. She does care a lot for her family and the people she views as friends and is extremely faithful to them.
Lucy places great importance in freedom and can't stand it when people try to restrict her. Though she does agree on the teachings of Mundin about the restrictions of powers ... as long as it doesn't hurt other people. Using her powers to trick others and have some innocent fun is a completely justifiable thing.

[u]Kitsune physiology:[/u] Her body is that of a humanoid kitsune. This gives her a slightly stronger than a regular human body, enhanced teeth/jaw strength and enhanced smelling/hearing. Just like a kitsune she also has tails on her back. The more tails she has the stronger and the powerful she is, though gaining more tails isn't easy. Every 10 years of age she will sprout another tail. There are also other ways, but Lucy has no idea what these are.
[u]Fox-Fire Manipulation:[/u] Lucy is able to generate and manipulate fox-fire which manifests as a pale blue flame. She is able to expel it from her mouth or tails.
[u]Illusion Manipulation:[/u] Lucy is able to create illusions, though at the moment she is only able to to slightly alter her own appearance or make parts of her body invisible. For instance she can make her red tattoos and her tails dissappear or change her hair and skin color.

Lucy was born in Mundin to a French father and a Japanese mother. When she was 1 year old her powers awoke and her body changed into that of a humanoid kitsune. Her mother's body changed into that of a humanoid dragon.
