You ain't changing that.”
Personal biography:
Chimamire, Shirayuri is a woman who possesses an apt name. A precious flower born among fields of blood. A scion of the feared Kaguya clan of Kirigakure no Sato, the young Shirayuri was destined by circumstances of birth to find life and inevitable death among the battlefields of squabbling Kages. Yet, fate had conspired to give this wailing infant a boon, or a curse, the moment she was pulled from her mother's womb. With hair pale as untainted snow, it was obvious to the midwives assembled she would live a life of greatness; she had inherited the mighty Shikotsumyaku. As the first in generations of shinobi to inherit this rare Kekkei Genkai, it was only by her sire's high standing among the clan's brutal hierarchy that she was not ripped from her mother's arms immediately. A mistake for the bloodthirsty shinobi who made up her extended kin. Born only four years prior to the great winter, she had the misfortune to experience only a taste of the plenty which warmth brought, before the oppressive chill began to seep its way into the world. When humid summer nights would give way to mist so cold it froze upon your lasses. Her clansmen were savages who preyed upon the merchants of lesser nations. When the tendrils of winter began to coil around the lands surrounding Kirigakure, and thus, their settlement, the initial shock was not as harsh for them. Send out a few more shinobi, pillage a few more towns for their grain. But as food began to dwindle, few convoys made trips through the isles. Fewer villages remained to prey upon. Even fishermen brought in fewer an fewer nets worth of precious food. Hunger, a feeling of which the Kaguya purportedly held for bloodshed, set in among her fellows. Yet this wanting was lost upon young Shirayuri. She was a treasure, after all. One who should be coveted as much as she was feared. Her abilities would be an indispensable asset to the clan when war over the last remaining scraps of fertile land and stockpiled grain set in. Locked away from her kin for as much their safety as hers, the young girl spent her early years with nary the company but those of her own family and the occasional clan elder. She was taught, by poorly worded and aging scrolls read by her parent, to channel her bloodline's most desired aspects. Mistakes was expected, but intolerable, with the lash working to deter her from daring to sully her gift with failure. She fought and toiled, battling youth and inexperience to show herself useful and worthy. She learned quickly, driven on by the sting of a cane and the occasional glimpses of pride upon her father's visage, or the rare displays of care and kindness from her mother. As she grew, she was shaped into a tool for her family's use. One who would push herself above and beyond for the smallest bits of praise. Yet, for as hard as the clan tried, it too would struggle during the winter. Kirigakure, among the first aggressors in a war aptly named for the decade long season it was waged during, dedicated more and more manpower to the cause. The Kaguya, firmly set in their ways, readily volunteered boys and girls as young as twelve to make up the vanguard of the most bloody of battles. Losing many of their own as an expected result, the elders who governed over their murderous flock became increasingly insistent upon seeing Shirayuri's progression. Conflict between her father and the clan as a whole only grew worse as she aged. It reached a boiling point when, during a particularly heated argument on whether she would be sent out on her first taste of combat with an enemy shinobi, that blows were exchanged. In a blind panic to defend her primary source of guidance in this world, Shirayuri slew one of the guardsmen who had accompanied the elders and consequently, assailed her father. It became obvious then their folly. In trusting Shirayuri with her father and he alone, they had allowed him to swing her allegiance not to the clan as a whole, but to he and he alone. Her isolation had disconnected any kind of loyalty to her extended kinsmen. If she had been allowed to reach her full potential under such conditions, a coup would easily follow to depose the reigning head and his council. With this knowledge laid bare, the present elders called for the head of one Kaguya, Yashin before his child's very eyes. Although she chooses even now to think his following command was one of love for his child, it is more than likely that the following command to 'Run!' was made to ensure Shirayuri did not fall into the clan's hands whilst he planned his own escape. Obedient as she was, the girl took flight from her home among the poorly populated compound as combat roared to life behind her. Having enough sense to know it was unsafe among her clansmen, the girl bravely forged past the poor perimeter manned only by those unfit for war, and into a world she had sparsely seen prior. As frosted fog poured through the surrounding woodlands, only the soft crunch of snow beneath her feet kept Shirayuri company as she fled. Bone sword clutched in shivering palms, she found purchase in a downed tree and spent her first night truly alone. It would be the start of a long string of such nights, as the child would soon find. For longer than she would admit now, Shirayuri awaited her family. None such luck was hers. For, the only people who roamed those woodlands were occasional patrols of Kaguya shinobi, no doubt looking for her. Yet she could not betray the final command given to her. She would not allow the clansmen who, as she slowly began to realize, had likely purged her family for their assumed betrayal, to capture her to become their tool. Surviving off snow hares and the bark of trees, she set about leaving behind her homeland and finding a new place to call home. The brutality instilled by the short time she had among family served her misguided self well. She had no quarrels calling upon her unique abilities to bring death upon those who would prey upon a girl so young, or against those who held what she needed to survive. The years of solitude in no man's land sculpted her. A defiance against fate, against the urge to simply lay down and die in the snow as so many had, filled her. She would survive, against any odds, if only because it was all she could do. She endured long weeks of hunger and nights so cold she thought her lungs would freeze from the air itself. Living as nothing more than a vagabond for two years as war raged on in the disputed lands of the world, she eventually stumbled upon the Land of Fire. It was perhaps fortunate she did. Not days after crossing into territory held by Konohagakure, did Shirayuri find herself caught up in a clash of nations. Shinobi of varying villages fought for their lives, fire flying and lightning crackling through the dead of night. Her skills could only carry her so far, until by circumstance of confusion or simply misfire saw her struck by a stray jutsu and wounded. Although she crawled to temporary safety for the night, her injuries left her in a sorry state. By luck, as dawn broke, so too did one side of the conflict. The victorious shinobi, clad in flaks as green as the foliage which now almost universally ceased to exist, routed their white jacketed foes and went about burying dead and tending wounded. Delirious from her wounds, Shirayuri could not resist the shinobi who stumbled upon her. If they would have put her, a simple civilian, down out of mercy, the shards of bone which sprouted from her body in half-hearted defense convinced them otherwise. She was brought back to Konohagakure in short order. Lacking an allegiance to any village, yet clearly holding skills valued by a shinobi, it was declared after extensive probing by village ANBU that Shirayuri was no mole of Kirigakure, but a unique opportunity. Held in tight captivity, she was given an offer. She could, as a girl no older than twelve at the time, find herself a home among the Leaf and be enrolled into an advanced academy course to indoctrinate her a Genin, or disappear from this world as a whole. It was an obvious choice; she picked Konoha over perishing and cooperated begrudgingly, assuming a new surname and living as a civilian of sorts, provided for and closely watched by Konoha's government. Within a year, she was clad in a Konohagakure forehead protector. Placed in a squad as so many were, she undertook a variety of missions in the waning years of the war, proving herself a vicious combatant and tempering her aggression under her Jonin's watchful eye. As the war came to a close and the winter slowly thawed, a Chunin exam was scheduled within Konohagakure to replenish ranks. Among those Genin who found promotion was Shirayuri.
Family biography:
The Kaguya clan are descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, and select few, namely Shirayuri, possess the kekkei genkai Shikotsumyaku from Kaguya's original bone-manipulating ability. This ability is so powerful that even the war-loving Kaguya clan feared it. The clan is noted for being very savage and battle-hungry, having no tactics when entering battle that they initiated simply to show off their ferocity. It was due to this even when surrounded and completely outmatched, they refused to back down, preferring to fight to the death simply to entertain their own bloodlust to the last. This cost them many shinobi during the Winter War, with the clan's ninja flying Kirigakure's banner during battle. Her father, Yashin, was a powerful shinobi renown for his taijutsu prowess among his clan and to a lesser extent, within Kirigakure. As one of the few among his clan to survive long enough, and show enough tactical prowess to ascend to the rank of Jonin during the Kaguya clan's initial alliance with Kirigakure, he was afforded a great deal of respect. Her mother, Nanoya, was a shinobi as well, although markedly less ruthless than many of her kin. For reasons unknown to her daughter, the stern Yashin had chosen her for a wife and fathered Shirayuri shortly after her promotion to Chunin. Her occasional showings of kindness made life slightly more bearable under the isolated training Shirayuri undertook early in her youth. It is her dream to be recognized for her achievements in full and to forge herself into the grand warrior she was foretold to be. Simply put, she dreams of achieving greatness and being praised far and wide for it. She fears the very opposite. To die an unappreciated nobody, forgotten and rotting in the snow like the failure she is terrified of becoming. Cold weather, unfortunately, also makes her quite anxious. Specializing almost entirely in close range combat supported by her kekkei genkei, her main tactic is to simply overwhelm her opponents with her sheer physicality. She straddles a fine line in combat, appearing both as a savage relishing in the spilling of blood and a dancer executing perfectly choreographed feats of efficient brutality. Shirayuri possesses a tactical eye and a sharp mind for following the flow of a fight. She is very capable of lulling an opponent into a false sense of confidence, attacking wildly and without seeming pattern to bait out an opening before quickly exploiting it to end her foe.
Kekkei genkai - bloodline limit:
Kekkei genkai name
Shikotsumyaku
Description
Shikotsumyaku is a kekkei genkai which gives its wielder the ability to manipulate their own skeletal structure. By infusing their calcium with chakra, they can manipulate the growth, shape and density of their bones as to fit their whims. This kekkei genkai is inherited into a rare few among descendants of the Kaguya clan.
Strengths
The main capability of the Shikotsumyaku is allowing the user to manipulate the speed of their bones' growth as well as the location of calcium deposits. This allows them to create weapons of bones that can either protrude from any part of the body, or pulled out and used like handheld weapons. The user is also able to create a membrane of dense bone underneath their skin. They can even fire pieces of their bones as long-ranged projectiles. Any bone that they remove from the body immediately regenerates, as does the skin that is damaged when the bones are removed. Users can increase the density of the created bones, making them stronger than steel. This not only makes the created weapons very powerful, but also makes their bodies virtually indestructible; the bones can withstand even a chakra-infused blade, the likes of which can carve thick sheets of rock like butter. Many covet this ability greatly, stating that it gives the user an impenetrable skeletal frame, which can resist any type of physical attack. In addition, should a Shikotsumyaku user ever go on the offensive, they can instantly turn their bones into deadly weaponry. Because of this, the Shikotsumyaku is held in high regard as the ultimate taijutsu ability.
Weaknesses
The Shikotsumyaku alters its wielder's physiology a great deal. As such, it is difficult for those born with it to find traditional care for even menial ailments and nigh impossible to receive help for more serious conditions. For as powerful a shield it is, the user is not invulnerable to harm. Ninjutsu which depend not upon brute force, but alternate forms of damage are of particular concern and may render the user's impregnable physique moot.

Ninja techniques:
A rank techniques
Dance of the Seedling Fern - As of now, Shirayuri is only capable of enacting this jutsu in a ten meter diameter.
B rank techniques
Dance of the Clematis: Vine

Dance of the Clematis: Flower

Bone Clone Technique
C rank techniques
Dance of the Camellia

Dance of the Larch

Dance of the Willow

Ten-Finger Drilling Bullet
D rank techniques
Body Flicker Technique

Temporary Paralysis Technique

Hiding in Bone Technique
E rank techniques
Academy Basics

Custom techniques:
Jutsu name
Bone Clone Technique
Rank
B
Range
Close
Description
Developed as a form of imitation towards similarly geared elemental variants of the Shadow Clone technique, the particular clone is formed not from blazing fire or raging lightning, but of bone. The user will expel a mass of grotesque calcium from their skeleton by surging chakra through their unusual physiology, which quickly forms itself into a humanoid shape, using segments of diamond hard bone connected by cartilage like sinew. Disguised by a thin coating of chakra as the user themselves, these clones act similarly to their counterparts, giving the user autonomous copies in which to combat their foes. However, unlike a traditional shadow clone these clones have a physical mass, allowing them to absorb damage which would otherwise dispel a purely chakra based entity. Enough damage will, however, cause the chakra which keeps the clone functioning to disrupt and end the technique. As it is comprised of the very bone which makes up the user's arsenal, this clone is capable of using any Shikotsumyaku related techniques known. If Dance of the Seedling Fern has been used, the user can form these clones using the pillars of bones as a catalyst instead of their body.
