Name: Keheh (Kae-Hah) Lahav Age: 20 Gender: Female White Rock/Onyx: White Rock Appearance:

Personality: Cold and mischievous, growing up alone has led her to see other people as targets and objectives instead of people and friends, maybe this experience can change that... She can be quite distrusting and manipulative should she choose, finding it easy to act however she sees fit to get closer to her objective, be it innocent, flirty, angry, or aloof. She can fake it 'til she makes it. It's hard to tell who the real Keheh is when she's on a job. History: Kehah grew up the happy and proud little sister of Zavach Lahav in the village furthest west from the mountains. Her village was almost inside the forest and she used to pretend that she was playing with the Elves as she danced between the trees in her brother's line of sight. With her father gone before her birth and her mother dying two years after having given her life, Zavach, only 14 at the time, took over caring for the young Kehah and their farm. The small village of barely a dozen people tried to pitch in to help the children when they could; inviting them to a dinner was the most common help, as well as village potlucks every fortnight. Two years passed and little four year old Kehah would help her big brother tend to the animals, feeding and brushing them until she got tired as he tended to their meager crops. She would have the animals trailing her as she wove in and out of the tree line, laughing and twirling, spreading flower seeds and watching her plants grow as she did. The light of the village was dimmed 5 years later after Zavach, now 21, went off with the trading caravan attempting to greet and trade with their newly discovered neighbors on the other side of the mountains. News reached their village two weeks later that conflict and attack by the Onyx Empire had cause the violent death of his brother and others in the caravan. Anger and disbelief tore into the 9 and a half year old girl, and that night she packed what she needed, took her animals, and trampled passed her now wilting flowers. She went further than the treeline, and further still; she found a clearing just under a day later, wrapped rope around the surrounding trees to fence the animals in, and set up to sleep. Running into the Elves was a surprise, and to this day still feels like a dream. If not for the fact that she was still alive, she'd think it never actually happened: Living in isolation wasn't as easy as the girl thought, and soon she and her beloved animals were starving. Death had taken several of them by the time the Elves came across her prone form, passed out from hunger. She woke a day and a half later to the beings taking care of her, and was allowed to stay with them until she regained her strength-a great honor- and gave her tips to survive on her own. Not even two weeks later, she was off again, back to her clearing. All her animals were gone, and her flowers trampled, and she felt as though she'd now truly lost everything. She was grateful to the Elves, however, for saving her life; She wouldn't waste it away by letting herself die just because she was young and alone. Just as she reached the age of 10, she also reached the town in which she decided to settle for a bit. The local blacksmith, Itzev, let her tinker in his shop, and soon began teaching her how to make weapons, keeping as close an eye on her as her brother did. Her happiness returned and was solidified for the next four years as he taught her how to fight and forge. Tragedy struck again at the age of 14 when bandits ransacked the town. Itzev stood up to them as she cowered behind one of his anvils. When the bandits realized he wouldn't move, they struck him down in front of everyone, including the stricken teen. They rode off with everyone's riches-though there were little- and with the life of the last person she decided to trust. Grief tore through her, and she grabbed whatever weapons from the shop that she could carry on foot. I was mostly the small daggers and knives he had been training her to fight with, but she grabbed a crossbow as well and strung it across her back. With her weapons lining her small body, she set off in the direction of the bandits, ignoring the townsfolk's wary stares. She found them in the woods between two towns 2 days later. She got two by surprise with the crossbow before they found her location, and all she can remember next is pain, bruises, blood and broken bones. It all stopped suddenly, and when she opened her eyes there was a new group surrounding her, the bandits dead on the ground. Before she could get a word in, the woman with the Halberd spoke up. "Our services don't come for free." "I don't have any money," Tehah had said. "But...if you take me with you, I can train and...and do a mission, then pay you back when I get paid myself." It was a long shot, she knew. So did the others, apparently, because they broke into laughter. All but the one with the Halberd, who eye'd the two bandits with crossbow bolts in their backs. "Deal." So they trained Kehah, gave her hardened leather Armour that still allowed maneuverability, and made sure she didn't die on her first mission as a Mercenary. If Talul never asked for the money Kehah owed, well, that's between them. She was almost 18 when she saw the posters in a town where she'd just finished a mission; Skilled fighters needed. Mercenaries and army men alike. They weren't going to pay her, but Kehah saw a chance to avenge her brother, and she took it, showing up at camp 2 days later and proving herself quickly. 2 years later, she was selected to be part of the convoy entering Castle Grimm. Why I Fight: "They killed my brother, someone who'd never hurt anyone in his life. I don't care about territories, I don't care about Pride. Hell, I don't even care about money right now; they couldn't ever pay me enough to let them win after what they did. This is vengeance, plain and simple." Skills: Skilled in QCQ, Blades, and stealth. Master of deception and manipulation. Agile and acrobatic- useful in fights. Other: Though she's trained with a crossbow and a pretty good shot, she always prefers her blades and being up close and personal with the enemy/target as she attacks.
