For me personally, the best fight was Pain versus Naruto. 

Also, if we're to be honest, I think the only reason Sasuke won that fight(which he didn't even really do since Bee got away [s]using a sneaky trick like an actual ninja[/s]) was because Bee didn't really see him as a threat, which he had the right too after handing them all their own assess many times over. If Bee had been serious from the get-go, then Sasuke and the others would be dead.
