FEET FIRST INTO HELL & BACK AGAIN.[/sub] [sub]Here as of late (it might be me getting back into Destiny/Halo/RVB, but) I've wanted to do something that combines the military and science fiction. Inspired by the events of the Halo series, the Destiny series, the Mass Effect series, and the Red Versus Blue series, I want to thank everyone for coming in and looking around at what I have to write. I hope that I can get some folks in here that can create as intricate and developed of a verse as I'm looking for, and get into some great plots. ♥ (Be sure to check out my OC list and my general rules.)[/sub]
[sub]WORLD OF INSPIRATION: RED VERSUS BLUE i try to be that woman that when my feet hit the floor, satan says, "fuck, she's awake!" In this universe, I would like to explore the possibility of there being other freelancers outside of the ones featured in the canonical Red Versus Blue universe. For this, I will be playing my OC, Agent Montana, who is a member of the Freelancer foundation and commander of an elite strike team that does not take place in the leaderboard trials. For this, I would like to explore the part of her story that focuses around her immediate betrayal by Agent Nevada. I would prefer for you to either play Agent Nevada, her lover-turned-abuser, during the time before the events of her being pushed out of the drop ship, or I would prefer for you to play a medic or fellow ex-Freelancer who finds her hideout on Centauri VI and assists her back to health and civilization after being in solitary for so long. Romance for the latter is optional, but there will be triggering themes of alcohol abuse, drug abuse, emotional abuse/gaslighting, and general topics of war.[/sub]

[sub]WORLD OF INSPIRATION: HALO ODST remember the names of the heroes who died for you. In this universe, I would like to explore the themes of two characters being the only living members of their strike-force. For the longest time, these two are separated from one-another and only group up in the middle of a battle against alien enemy forces. Together, the two mow down the wave of enemies that are attacking them, but they come to find out that the other members of their strike-force have been killed in battle and are unrecoverable. While one of our characters is adamant that they go back and get the bodies of the fallen human soldiers, they are persuaded by the other that it isn't necessary and their primary objective should be getting out of the enemy-infested area and back to human colonization. Whether or not both or either of these characters get out of their danger is up to us as writers, but I would like to play on the 'you're all I have left' themes, or the 'you're coming home, too' themes.[/sub]

[sub]WORLD OF INSPIRATION: N/A, STARSET DRAMATIZATIONS and if i'm lost in the world's shadow, i'll use the light that comes to me from your halo. In this universe, I would like to roleplay a dystopian world where my character is the granddaughter of a scientist who was on the verge of discovering a secret that would completely topple the oppressive government. However, due to the timing of the breakthrough of his research, her grandfather was immediately captured and imprisoned for treason. While my character's grandfather was researching, his only granddaughter grew up by his side by the loss of her parents and fell in love with a puckish rogue of a man who had ties to the resistance forces. When the love of this rogue's life goes missing without a trace, he can only figure that she has discovered her grandfather's imprisonment and tries to continue his work and release the secrets to the public; because of this, he goes after her across the planet to find her grandfather's old laboratory, where she has camped out. However, when the resistance fighter arrives, something happens that destroys her grandfather's work, and the two of them shift their plan into something more active: breaking into the militaristic base to free him and share his secrets with the world.[/sub]

[sub]WORLD OF INSPIRATION: N/A, STARSET DRAMATIZATIONS i need a savior to heal my pain; will i become my worst enemy? In this universe, similar to #003: HALO, I would like to roleplay two soldiers from the dystopian universe, a combat specialist and a medic, who are sent into space&mash;specifically, an uninhabited planet—to research the effects of a special ore in regards to the human brain. The mission was supposed to take two years, but due to an unexpected event, the soldiers have been on a base on the planet for three and a half. In researching the ore, the combat specialist was exposed to too much of it, and began to take on symptoms that the medic calls "Hyde's Syndrome". Hyde's Syndrome causes combat specialist to have certain triggers, when activated, that send them into a violent fit and attack the nearest source of life— unluckily for the two, this is more often than not, the medic. In a vicious cycle of care, apology, attack, and research, the medic and combat specialist have grown into an unseparable bond sparked by the medic's unwillingness to abandon their partner. In a breakthrough, the medic discovers that the answer to their worry is not in the present, but in a transmission made in 2013, over 50 years before their present time. Working together (and against the clock), the medic and the combat specialist have to come up with a way to send a message 50 years into the past and then receive one from 50 years ago before Hyde's Syndrome proves to be fatal.[/sub]
