He gets up and wraps the coat around him more tightly, not noticing to the fact that they identified him as female straight off the bat due to how exhausted he was. Going over to the first female and tucking in the ragged coat around him, he somewhat gives a nod to the third newcomer. Ethan starts trying to push the cart as well...despite being practically thinner than Ellie and weaker too.
