We've almost made it through 2016, ready to take on another year, and there is no better way to celebrate than to play with a cheaply made internet randomizer. 

Over twelve months we've had nine Hunger Games Championships. For those who were here for some or all, and for those who are new to this and want to see what this is about, here are links to those games.

Nine games means nine winning contestants, all nine returning with a chance to compete with another 39 relevant figures for the title "Spam Champion 2016". I'm adding Broby in a mascot role since he has been such a major player in the past, bringing the number of yet-to-be-added to 38.

So this is how it will work.

Imma put the winners of those nine hunger games (and Broby) onto the 48 person list of who I will run through the BrantSteele Hunger Games Simulator. It will be up to the rest of you to supply me with the extra 38. There will be some different rules this time around, so listen up.

[b]RULES[/b]

A: I'm not allowing just any random choice this time around. Entries for the extra 39 have to fit one of two categories. 
	
[center]1: Someone who will always be associated with 2016. Though I will allow fictional characters, I suspect the best choice will all be real life figures. They have to be at least somewhat mainstream as well. I don't want something like "Well, this really obscure band's guitarist counts because a song of theirs I like came out this year", can't be "This character from this anime that nobody but anime people know." If the choice is super-obvious relevant to the year, just post them and I'll get it. If you think I might not know what they are about, give a short explanation of why they are relevant. I won't be keen on adding subcultural shit, but if somebody is important and I didn't know about them for some reason, an argument for might sway me.[/center]

[center]2: A contestant in any of the nine previous hunger games who A: Has competed in at least two separate Hunger Games, and B: Is not an RPG user. Hunger Games produced some major names who deserve a second shot if nominated. If you go this route, just list which two Hunger Games they competed in.[/center]

And I do plan on being picky this time around, so don't try to pass shitty contestants and expect me to shrug and accept. Hunger Games is serious shit.

B: [@HaleyTheRandom], [@Chapatrap], [@ClocktowerEchos], and [@Shoryu Magami] all have a few options. This is because they are the four RPG member champions. The former three willingly, the latter shanghaied against their will, unbeknownst to me until the Halloween Games had already been ran. Because of this issue, imma give all of them the option to A: Accept their position as tribute in the championship rounds, or B: Select a replacement. If they decide to be replaced, they will be allowed to choose any replacement at all. No rules, except it cannot be another RPG member because that would be a headache. Otherwise, yeh, no rules. If Haley, Chapa, or Clock don't respond I'll run them anyway since they were willing participants before. If Shoryu doesn't respond, I'll run the second place in the Halloween Games, Undertale. 

C: This time, since it's special, imma allow people to pick events! Plan is to add events on top of the defaults. Though I'll be adding events myself as I see fit, I will require the rest of you to follow a few rules with suggestions. They'll either have to be A: Custom events present in one of the nine prior games, or B: 2016 relevant events following roughly the same sort of rules as for character rules above.

D: If this list ain't filled by New Years, imma fill in the remainder and roll with it. That gives us five days, plenty of time for a full load, especially with the champions fattening it up already.
