[b]Personality:[/b] Proud of his magical prowess, for him that is everything in his life and what gives him confidence.  If that confidence ever shattered then he would probably turn into a broken man, whose life is devoid of meaning.
He looks down of ‘peasants’ that don’t practice the arcane arts, judging them as fools or incompetents. He is not particularly intelligent or talented in other skills aside from his most prized one, but he also doesn’t care about it.

[b]Ideals:[/b] He believes in the absolute power of magic, and that it should return to its ancient place, that of rulership over the common man.

[b]Biography:[/b] He was born into a magician family who has close ties to several magic guilds. As such he was trained at an early date to be humble of his magic, unlike the ancients whose arrogance almost destroyed everything. But he didn’t believe in that and pursued the truth, reading ancients records of the glorious feats of magic. 

However the current state of Phoria isn’t friendly to mages at all, their position much lower than that of their ancient counterparts, thus when he was a teenager he decided to change it, to go back to the old ways.

To do that he needed power, and so he delved deep into the ancients libraries for a magic that would grant him the power to change society to his likings. He found one, but it required him to hunt the powerful monsters that live on the outskirt of the city, to do so he joined the Hero Guild.

[b]Powers:[/b] 

Incarnation:  A powerful magic that permits you to incarnate monster attributes and abilities through possession of their spirits, those modify his human form to a minor extent, giving him natural weapons and so, but he don’t become a ‘half-monster’ or something like that. In Phoria it’s considered a borderline heretical magic and those who practice it must walk in a thin line.

He possess 6 different spirits, which are always with him, those are:

Dragon: It is an extremely powerful lightning dragon, it naturally has hard scales, powerful strength, a devastating breath, sharp claws, fangs, wings and tail and the ability to control lightning and summon storms. It is without a doubt, the strongest spirit that Melqart possesses.

Phoenix: The legendary phoenix, which possess eternal life even if it’s killed it would reborn in several hours, also has the ability to command fearsome flames. A strong monster that represents the renewal after destruction.

Oni: A large horned humanoid monster, which is said to possess the strength to lift the heavens and smash mountains apart, this particular giant wasn’t that strong but still possessed strength that defied natural order. It’s also often remarked to love alcohol.

Kelpie: A shape shifting water spirit that generally takes the form of a black horse generally associated with specifics bodies of water. As such it naturally has power over water, being able to breathe underwater and control it to its liking. 

Demon: A demon, which is able to weave illusions and control darkness, it’s not particularly strong for a demon, being just an average low-rank. It takes the form of a human with horns and wings.

King Slime: A monster that is the combination of several slimes, being bigger and stronger than a normal slime. It also possesses the same attributes as that of a slime, but enhanced in several ways, it has an invulnerability to most physical attacks, regeneration, capability of splitting itself and dissolution of objects.

[b]Weapons:[/b] An Old sword passed down by his father to him. In his early days, he used it to hunt monsters before his magic was strong enough. Those days however, he just keeps it as a memento.

[b]Equipment:[/b] Of his belongings that have any particular value, he has his robes and clothing’s, some money in the form of gold coins, monster parts of his latest hunt, and a small house in the city.
