I'll say both, but this Vader will be more on the Legends side.

But the one canon thing Vader will be able to do, is take off his suit and be in say, a bacta tank, whereas in Legends he'd unable to, with the only place being in his meditation chambers. So he'll be more resistant and capable of surviving longer even when not in his suit (not to fight or anything, just as simply surviving). But otherwise, most of his powers from legends are valid.
