The only thing with the sheet itself is that it does need a little bit of a pass-through with sentence structure at some points.

With the character himself, he does seem to be missing the corresponding skills to go with his weapons. It may or may not make sense what with him not being the high-speed, low-drag operator he was in his youth.

I do admire the length at which the character is set apart from the usual herd, being not a spry operator or the like, instead a gray man floating around different organizations. He will be sufficiently at odds with Steve Foster.
