[@Letmehaveone2] [@Deadlyphoenix] Another day in the Pridelands. Another sunrise, flowing over the land, that Cyren had met earnestly with eager tooth and claw, ready to do his duty. However, with their small numbers, their fresh kill pile was still full, and so he had nothing to do but patrol. Perhaps one of the most boring duties of a lion was to patrol. Even if it wasn't as fun as hunting, it had perks hunting did not. Not that he could always name them... Anyways. With Patrols, every detail had to be precise about the territory, and any oddities investigated. If something didn't add up, it was his job to report it. What is Cyren's job, you ask? He is not a hunter, in fact...The blonde haired lion is a Guard, his loyalty to his pride unshakeable in his mind, and hopefully in the mind of Shupavu. Now, later, Cyren was on his way back to his home. Patrol had turned out uneventful, just as it mostly always had. The lion shook his head to clear his mind as he padded towards Pride rock, his brisk strides silent against the ground. 'Keep your mind clear. It will help you when you describe what you have seen...even if it is barely anything.' The male thought to himself, eyes straight ahead. As he neared, drawing close to Pride Rock, Cyren could vaguely see another lion, and Shupavu's lips moving as he spoke. Then, as Cyren drew closer, he realized it was a lioness. The Guard's eyebrows slowly raised. Who was she? Cyren took a moment to shake his hair out of his eyes, before moving towards their position, head cocked to the side. The Lioness would most likely easily be able to detect him, even with how silent he was...if she had ever hunted. It was clear what the silent lion was attempting to ask his leader... 'Who is this?' ((apologies. Posting from my phone, as I have no other way to get online.))
