Okay, sure, [@Voltus_ventus] let's talk about tech a bit. I had no preplanned idea for the UPR's tech level. I did mention steam engines and a magical healing plant, but that could go a lot of ways - steampunk, early industrial, magic steampunk, no magic but with a superstitious population calling science magic.

What do we, in general, think about tech? There's no requirement that everyone even developed at the same pace.
