Powers:
He can protrude tiny needles from his fingertips, and the needles can contain many types of liquids that do various things, most are types of poisons. Can only produce one type at a time.

He can make his skin and tongue produce a variety of the same poisons, at which if he creates enough he could fill a small bottle with it.

Skilled at stealth, and moves fast.

Poison Types:

Normal Poison - Target will feel ill after 5 minutes. symptoms are vomiting, sweating, and a headache. Symptoms get worse as time passes, and after 5 hours target will die.

Fast Acting Poison - Target will feel ill after 1 minute, and has the same symptoms as normal poison, but it is amplified. Target will die before 1 hour.

Cyro Poison - Target will slowly start to freeze. The targets body temperature will start to drop and after 1 minute will become incapacitated and be unable to move. By 2 minutes the target will have frozen over in ice. If this liquid gets on a surface it will freeze liquids and chill objects.

Acid Poison - Target will start to corrode. The area where the target was punctured will slowly corrode and fall apart taking 2 minutes to finish the corrosion. (Ex. if someone was stabbed in the arm only the arm would fully corrode.) If this liquid gets on a surface it will corrode.

Hellfire Poison - Target will burst into flame. Target will slowly start to get warm, until the infected area bursts open and flame will start to consume them.

Insanity Poison - Target will start to hallucinate. The target will start to hallucinate after 2 minutes, in which the target sees various horrendous things. The poison ends after 20 minutes.

Mindrend Poison - Target will have controllable hallucinations. The target will be able to control their sense of reality after 1 minute. The poison ends after 10 minutes. (This poison is more of a drug, it can make the person feel no pain, or feel absolute bliss. Basically its able to make them a god in their own mind.)
