[color=92278f]Photokinetic[/color] Jameson has the ability to manipulate light.  He can generate, absorb, and manipulate the particles and wavelengths that make up visible light.  While it is possible to generate light from nothing, it is much easier to manipulate the light around him. He can generate enough light to blind a person during the day, this effect can be permanent or temporary.  He can absorb light and store the energy for a larger ability.  He can manipulate and bend light particles to not only become invisible but create holographic projections and illusions.  Jameson has been able to solidify certain illusions into being actual objects but thus far it takes much more energy and concentrating than is generally worth it.  

[color=92278f]Light feet[/color] Put simply, Dr. Troy can levitate or fly at varying speeds. He can even give himself a boost without taking flight, propelling himself over a given distance very quickly.

Be it a product of his particular mutation or just luck, Jameson was blessed that his physical mutation wasn't worse.  A faint purple glow starts behind his ears and moves across the narrow jawline and down his long slender neck to his chest before moving throughout his left arm.  Upon closer inspection you can see that this glow emanates from under the skin and the skin itself is nearly transparent.  His eyes are heavy as if he is always on the verge of sleep but have a similar transparent purple glow behind them which creates the illusion of happiness.  He usually covers his balding head under a hat or hood, whatever he has at the time.  His jacket is old and tattered and was once probably black but is now faded into a muddy gray.  He is wearing black dress pants that are similarly faded with dress shoes that have been scuffed nearly have holes in them.  Some would wonder why he wears clothes and shoes like this but one look at his tall lanky frame would probably let you guess that it is nearly impossible to find clothes that fit.

Jameson is shy and reserved.  He doesn't like confrontation and is typically just fine not being a leader.  He is reasonable and logical while preferring efficiency above all else.  He is so relaxed in all situations that he can fall asleep almost on que.  He is a bit socially awkward and will sometimes say things without a filter that makes him seem abrasive and condescending even though he doesn't intend to.

Jameson grew up with both parents who deeply loved each other.  He had brothers and sisters that were like best friends and in school he worked for and maintained a perfect GPA.  He graduated and continued his academic success in medical school where he graduated with honors.  His internship lead to a residency in one of the top hospitals in the country where he later became a surgeon where he specialized in trauma surgery.

[color=92278f]Steady Hands[/color]  If there is one thing that he was good at, it was surgery.  His hands are invaluable to him and he considers them his second greatest asset.  He has amazing dexterity in his hands.

[color=92278f]Mastermind[/color] Being the socially awkward kid lead to a lot of nights reading in his room, solving puzzles and riddles and generally training his mind.  He has spent his entire life furthering himself mentally thus, his intelligence is his greatest attribute.

[color=92278f]Light Master[/color]  With light being abundant, he has had the opportunity to practice and push his ability as much as he could.  He is able to do an array of different things.

[color=92278f]Limitations:[/color]
[color=92278f]Flat footed[/color]  While having the hands of a greek god, Jameson has the legs of a clown.  He often stumbles on his own feet and is probably the least athletic guy that has been born to this century.  

[color=92278f]Socially inept [/color]  Jameson has never had any true friends that he can remember.  He typically just never had time for the scarce few that could look past his often abrasive tone.  He had a single girlfriend during college and since he isn't the most flirtatious guy, he tends to just give up on the thought.

[color=92278f]Wrong kind of workout[/color]   While he pushed his abilities and discovered more and new things he could do, he didn't always push those abilities to their max.  Some of the things he has done once and only once so they require a great deal of concentration to maintain.  Some things he can do for only a few seconds.
