Indeed. I would like to clarify. I haven't been stating the effects of Cannibalism based on your RPC alone. I was stating it largely because few people know the effects of cannibalism, and because our friend LaughableFrog was curious about a reformed Cannibal. I have no intentions of telling people they can't be something or do something without a logical explanation as to why.
