Maisha smiled at the newcomer. "Of course you can. I'm Maisha by the way and over there by my adviser, Olivia is my son, Roho." She gestured towards the ostrich and her son a few feet away. "Oh and as you might have guessed, Malaika here is my sweet and loving daughter." She finished.

Roho heard his name and looked over to the newcomer his mother had introduced him to. [i]I hope she's knows what she's doing, letting a stranger in like that.[/i] He thought to himself. He waved a paw, not bothering to come over say anything.

Olivia, on the other hand was more than delighted to have a new member here.

"Partners?" Zi looked over at the king who was still on his perch who gave her a knowing glance. She then turned back to Kc. "I see. The king seems to have put you under my wing so I guess we are."

"I have no family of my own so I chose this place for myself." Feeling more comfortable with this lion, Zaliwa looked up at him. This would let him see her face. "I have nowhere else I know of I can go." She stated, hoping she could at least stay here until she was old enough to make a pride of her own.
