It wasn't even until lying on the floor staring at the large spindly leg that came crashing down and piercing into the solid stone floor did his senses finally snap to. His fatigue was clearly causing his reflexes to slip just like the potion in his hand. With a small fumble he quickly regained his grip and skirted backwards across the floor away from the giant ancient monster. It was truly unlike anything he had ever seen before but Arden simply couldn't share Nyphadoras amazed wonder. Arden sat dumbfounded on the floor, earlier items tightly clenched in each hand, unable to answer the question posed to him. Further more he was currently incapable to even fathoms or process Celia's bizarre request. 'Fire' the thought popped into Arden's head. His gaze jumped from the creature to the nearest torch and back again. Making his move, without warning, Arden stumbles to his feet and begins to shoot across the room, sprinting his heart out as though his life depended on it. (Which it very much might.)
