Seeing the 'Ronin' run out of the tavern while putting on a penguin costume at the very last second, Alexander paused his efforts to talk to Eli and Emi and tried to deduce what the Japanese man was doing. Why would he run out and try to obscure his features? Oh, wait.

"Hey, stop!" the boy said as the conclusion came to his mind too late. He then made to chase after the 'Ronin', but realized that he couldn't abandon Eli and Emi, either.

So he would just let this slide...for now.
