What type of M16? (There are three.)
And the M16 has no spec ops mod kit as far as I can tell.
He shouldn't have a medkit. Only the doc should have that; every other trooper relies on the doc.

[@DepressedSoviet] Unfortunatley, that's gonna be a no. SWAT teams are called in when non-lethal methods have already failed, so I reckon he could be an expert in non-lethals, but he should be trained in hitting harder.
