Ruler appears to be an old, rather noble looking man dressed in the unmistakable papal regalia of the Holy Church, denoting him without possibility of mistake, as one of the ancient heads of the Catholic Church. His features, though soft are also stern, and his eyes carry the weight of one who has been imbued with absolute authority.

Personality: Ruler seems to be a distant and highly aloof figure. Though garbed in opulent vestments, he does not seem to exude arrogance, instead simply judging all he sets eyes on with a firm unyielding gaze.

Armaments: Ruler carries a heavy Crosier topped by a silver crucifix of magnificent workmanship. Though of similar dimensions to a polearm, it appears to be far to unwieldy to function practically as a weapon.

[b]Appearance:[/b] A tall older man in the garb of a priest. Wrinkled and nearly cadaverous, he seems comparable to any number of ageing clerics who occupy trusted positions within the Holy Church hierarchy. 

[b]Personality:[/b] Stern and humorless, Father Matthews seems vaguely disdainful of most Masters and Servants he encounters, though he takes a deferential and accommodating tone with those who have originated from Christian tradition.

[b]Mana:[/b] B - Due to his position as Church Representative for the war, Father Matthews has been endowed with a multitude of sacramental blessings from high ranking Holy Church officials, raising his effective mana pool by a single rank.

Black Keys: Father Matthews carries several Black Keys on his person at all time, these long throwing blades are deadly to inhuman monsters and evil spirits, and possess the attribute of binding those whose shadows they have impaled. 

[b]Skills:[/b] Father Matthews has studied Theology extensively, and possesses a firm knowledge of Church history and protocol, as well as good oratory skills. At some point he has undergone basic Exorcism training, but is not a Burial Agent. 

[b]Equipment:[/b] He is dressed in the priestly robes of the burial Agency courtesy of his position as War Supervisor. Woven with Kevlar, they are an effective armor, capable of deflecting small arms fire at long and medium range.
