Okay so I've decided that everyone who has expressed interest here is allowed to make a character. HOWEVER because there are so many of you I think we're going to have to limit it to 1 Character per person right now. Just because I'm not sure how we'll be able to manage so many. I'll see how things balance out between the two factions.

Also, [@Gowi] and [@Scio]. You both liked the OP so I'm going to assume that was a sign of interest. If it wasn't then pay no mind to me; if it was then you are included in the list of people who can write a character.
