Yeah, I had in mind a more of Active technique in Empowerment, where you choose when to activate it, and it boosts your next attack's power, with the drawback that it takes time to charge power once again. (i.e. round limit usage) Now that I read the technique's part better, I don't know if I should go with Empowerment in the end, since everyone will have passive techniques and mine will be active.
