Ability: The Thumper-Thumper fruit allows the user to fully transform into a white rabbit with a brown spot over its eye and another brown spot on its back.  Also, as is the case with other zohans, the thumper-thumper from allows the user to enter a hybrid transformation state.  In this state the user gains a vast increase in speed as well as massively improved eyesight, smell, and hearing that rivals many users of Kenbunshoku haki.  The user also may use the long ears as weapons or defense.  Though, not much strength is gained by use of the thumper-thumper fruit, let strength does increase drastically, allowing for powerful kicks and leaps.

Personality:  Diane isn't like most marines. She doesn't see pirates as scum and feels indifferent to the world's government.  To her the idea of absolute justice is merely well done propaganda.  That doesn't mean she's entirely against it though.  Honestly, though she would love to see many changes she does believe that a strong central government is the only thing which could repair the damage to the world, which is the only reason she joined.  
Diane is mellow to a fault, only ever really getting riled up when a strong opponent appears.  She loves to test her strength against worth foes which is the second reason she joined up with the marines as she has more respect for a pirate's strength than those belonging to people on her own side.
