We were born with them. We're in France specifically to stop our German counterparts (I don't have a name for them yet,) but also to generally make life hell and raise morale of people who hate the Vichy Government.

Also, no flight and teleportation because those powers tend to be either extremley overpowered or extremley underpowered. There's no inbetween.
